Let’s use fruits more in our recipe to make desserts. Examples like use avocado and date paste to replace the sugar. The taste slightly might be different but the image of the cake does not look different. I have tried it before and it happened. Say no to strawberry cheese cake and whatsoever that contain many calories. Just eat the strawberries and dip in the chocolates. Oh no! i'm craving to eat paleo sweet potato brownies.

Less sugar, more Smile!

Sources of Food

What is food? From the Business Dictionary, it is stated that food is edible or potable substance that usually from the animal or plant, consisting of nourishing and nutritive such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, essential mineral and vitamins, which when ingested and assimilated through digestion will sustain life, generates energy, and provides growth, maintenance, and health of the body. From what I understood, food is something that is safe to be eat and drink from any sources that provide good benefits to our body
.
The sources of the food can be divided into four parts which are imported, local, organic and processed. Which sources will the best choice in our life? Let’s go through one by one. Malaysia usually imported so many foods from other countries. There are imported fruits, cans food, and beverages. Experts offer advice for worried consumers like us especially Malaysian. Katherine Sam, an expert saying that unapproved antibiotics in seafood from China, tainted toothpaste, and deadly pet food adulterated with the industrial chemical melamine. This shows that the imported food is not really good because they added substance that would make the food durable for a long time.

For the local food, it is a method of food production and distribution that is geographically localized. Local food usually came from the states in a country. In Malaysia, every state has their own uniqueness of food that will symbolize the states and country.

As for the processed food, the food such as chopped vegetables, fish, and fruits for an example will undergo the process that salt, sodium, fats, and sugar will be added to make them available to be eat anytime. People nowadays tend to choose this kind of food since the food are already to be eat and does not require too much time to be eat
.
The choice is in your hand! Be wise people!
