Junk food is popular among the college and university students. This is because the price is cheaper compared to other foods. Some said junk food refers to “jajang” in a small plastic and some said fast food also in the category of junk food.

Based on a research by a nutritionist, Magee, F. it is stated that the problem with the junk food is that they are low in satiation value. That is people don’t tend to feel as full when they eat them. Another problem is that junk food tends to replace other, more nutritious foods.
