Malay Cuisine

Malaysia is known as a harmonious country that has varied flavors, extensive influences, and a rich cultural heritage. The foods that available at all places around Malaysia have many choices that may suit all the taste buds. Malay cuisine includes food from Singapore, Indonesia and Southern Thailand. This is because of the state location that is situated with the neighborhood to the other country. The foods at Johor Bharu usually get influenced from the Singapore and Indonesia. In addition, Kelantan and Kedah get influenced from the Southern Thailand. At Sabah and Sarawak, it also have the uniqueness of Malay cuisine that the come from there. Malay cuisine rich in spices such as ginger, pepper, coriander, lemongrass and many more. Malay cuisine has the most intricate and complex flavors in the world.
